Shipping Charges

We have chosen Federal Express as our standard shipping method, because its international experience, security, on-time delivery and coverage guaranties your order will reach you on time and secure. Should you wish your order to be sent through other courier, please let us know which, and you will be notified if it is possible and if a variation exists in the shipping charge.

The method, weight and distance of a shipment determines the shipping charges of your order. Your actual shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

All our items are backordered so that order processing takes 2 to 5 business days. Your delivery date will depend on your preferred shipping method, plus our order processing time.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Order tracking

We will send and email confirmation once your order is shipped stating the guide or tracking number of your order. You can use this number to track your order through FedEx's web page www.fedex.com (in case you choose this shipping method).

In Stock – Backordered items

In order to keep our prices low, all the items offered at our web site are backordered. We will ship once all items in your order become available. If one or more items are going to be delayed beyond the original target date, we will inform you via email. Should you decide to have your order sent in multiple shipments, you will be charged for each shipment.

Return policy

At Claire Mart E.U., we are committed to selling products that meet your standards. If you are not satisfied, you may return unworn items within 45 days for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow twelve (12) business days for your return/exchange to be processed.

How to return merchandise

To return an item, fill out the return / exchange form enclosed with your order, and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. Please allow twelve business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will send an email confirmation once we have processed your return. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Payment of return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within ten business days after receiving your return shipment. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.

If you request an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value of the originally shipped merchandise, there will be no shipping charges for sending the exchange item to you. However, if you upgrade your order or shipping method for the exchange item, you will be charged for the additional cost and/or shipping charges. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will need permission to credit your credit card for the original order and place a new order.

Should we inadvertently send incorrect merchandise or you receive damaged items, please notify us immediately. We well reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
